Falileev specializes in maritime law, he advises on sale of the ships, mortgage of ships, ship finance, registration of ships in the Russian State Register, in the bareboat-charter register in trade and fishing ports, drafting various contracts in merchant shipping, licensing of transport and fishing activities, regulation of fishery in the Russian Federation in the foreign trade law, he advises in drafting of various contracts with foreign parties, advises on the issues of the Russian hard currency control and the Russian Customs laws, advises investment projects, acting both on behalf of the Russian companies and on behalf of foreign investors in international private law and international civil procedure, he represents interests of the clients in the Russian courts, in the Maritime Arbitration Commission and International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Russia, in foreign arbitrations, acts as a legal adviser on the questions of participation in foreign civil procedures, prepares affidavits on the questions of the Russian law for foreign court and arbitration procedures, deals with the problems of recognition and enforcement of foreign court and arbitration judgments in Russian Federation and abroad, in bankruptcy of the Russian corporations, he acts on behalf of his clients in the Russian courts in connection with bankruptcy procedures, he is a legal adviser on the questions of recovering debts of companies which are in the process of bankruptcy, prepares the files to present them to the court on behalf of the creditors, in sphere of business activity of the Russian enterprises offering vast range of legal service.
