BIOGRAPHY

	Piotr Anatolievitch Falileev was born on 26th of May 1970 in the town of Chita.
	In 1987 he graduated from local secondary school number 38 of Chita with honors degree.
	The same year he became a first year student of the International law faculty, department of International trade law of the Moscow State Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of USSR.
	From 1988 till 1989 he was serving in the Soviet Army.
	In 1993 he graduated from Moscow State Institute of International Relations with honors degree cum exima laude. He speaks two foreign languages: English and German.
	In 1993 he was studying and practicing law in the University of London in the Centre for Commercial Law Studies, Queen Mary and Westfield College.
	On 31st of October 1996 Piotr Anatolievitch Falileev became a Doctor of Law. He prepared the thesis “Ship mortgage under Russian law, laws of foreign countries and International treaties.”
	Since 1993 he was partners in Jurinflot International Law Firm.
	In 2003 together with his partner  Kozlov V. B. established new law firm  FortisJuris law office
